Locksmith Ustaritz
Basca Serrurerie 🔑

Available 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm, our emergency locksmith service also operates on Sundays and public holidays, without exception.

In an emergency — a slammed door with the keys inside, lost keys, a key broken in the lock, a jammed or stuck lock, or a door locked after a break-in — we respond quickly in Ustaritz, without unnecessary waiting.

For a door opening, we favor non-destructive opening, which preserves the cylinder and the door; destructive opening by drilling the cylinder is only considered as a last resort, including on a security door or a multipoint lock. Extracting a broken key and freeing a jammed lock can usually be done without replacing it.

If the lock is damaged, we secure your home or premises on site, with a temporary lock replacement when necessary.

Used to handling insurance claims, we help you with the reporting process and provide the documents required to support your compensation.

We replace all existing locks, from simple models to high-security multipoint systems: surface-mounted locks, mortise locks, single-point locks, and 3- or 5-point locks. Our locks are available in mechanical or electronic versions and can include patented keys or reinforced anti-pull handles. We offer a wide range of A2P-certified models (from 1 to 3 stars), all compatible with home and business insurance requirements.

When the lock is in good condition, a cylinder replacement is often enough: we replace the existing cylinder with a high-security cylinder that is snap-resistant, drill-resistant, pick-resistant, and bump-resistant. It is the fastest solution for changing a lock after lost or stolen keys, after a break-in, or when a new tenant moves in.

Our equipment comes exclusively from well-known French and European manufacturers: Bricard, Fichet, Vachette, DOM, Mottura, Mul-T-Lock, Pollux, Heracles, Picard, JPM, City, Vak, Tesa, Muel, Laperche, Métalux, and Reelax.

You can browse our full range through our catalogs, or contact us directly to receive a tailored recommendation based on the security level you need and the layout of your home or business premises.

Supply and installation of custom doors, with one or two leaves — front doors, apartment entrance doors, service doors, or cellar doors, in steel, aluminum, or wood — suitable for all types of buildings: private houses, technical rooms, apartment buildings, or public-access facilities.

We install high-performance security doors, A2P-certified (1, 2, or 3 stars), specifically designed to withstand intrusion attempts and violent break-ins over time.

Installing a security door set includes a metal frame, anti-lift hinges, anti-pry angle bars, and a multipoint lock. When the existing door is sound, door armoring is a cost-effective alternative to replacing it entirely.

Our work is supported by strong partnerships with recognized brands such as Tordjman, Picard, and Bricard. Each door is custom-made in compliance with current security standards and installed carefully in both residential and professional settings.

You can explore our full selection of models in our online catalogs, available through the menu at the bottom of the page or on request from our technical team.

We restore all kinds of locks and repair damaged doors, regardless of their manufacturer, locking method, or technical configuration: cylinder repair, restoration of a lock case, and repair of 3- or 5-point multipoint locks.

Each component is checked carefully: frame, leaf, locking mechanism, hardware, and specific fittings. A door that rubs or closes poorly often just needs an adjustment: door realignment, strike plate adjustment or replacement, hinge adjustment, and adjustment of the bolts and locking rods.

In the event of a break-in attempt or burglary, we respond urgently in Ustaritz to secure the premises and prevent any further risk of intrusion: temporary securing, followed by repair of the forced door and its lock.

Our experienced locksmiths in Ustaritz carry out a thorough inspection before starting targeted repairs or full compliance restoration of the locking system.

We work both after insurance-covered claims and in cases of wear or renovation needs. Our expertise covers both older locks and recent equipment, allowing us to prioritize cost-effective repairs without sacrificing reliability or security.

We provide the sale, installation, repair, and delivery of safes and security cabinets, designed to ensure the long-term protection of your belongings against theft, fire, and household incidents.

Our selection includes robust, high-performance equipment from recognized brands such as Hartmann and Burg Wachter, available in standard or fire-resistant models. They are ideal for securing confidential documents, cash, jewelry, precious metals, notarial deeds, or regulated firearms. Some of our references are A2P-certified and approved by insurance companies, making compensation easier in the event of a claim.

Depending on the available space, we install freestanding, anchored, or built-in safes, on the wall or on the floor. We handle the anchoring and bolting of the safe, then commission it and set the code with you; for larger volumes, a fire-resistant security cabinet holds documents, keys, or firearms.

In the event of a malfunction, such as a forgotten combination or lost key, our safe opening service in Ustaritz responds quickly without damaging the equipment. We also carry out safe repairs and replace safe locks, whether mechanical or electronic.

We support both private customers and professionals, including pharmacists, shopkeepers, and notaries, in choosing a safe suited to their constraints: usable capacity, opening mode, electronic or mechanical, and security rating. A technical on-site visit can be arranged to determine the right location and ensure reliable, compliant installation.

We provide the sale, custom manufacturing, and installation of metal shutters in Ustaritz, designed to secure shops, storefronts, professional garages, and technical buildings effectively.

Each project is customized: model selection through our catalog, cutting to exact dimensions, installation by experienced specialists, and occasional or regular maintenance depending on site usage.

Our metal shutters are available in several finishes: solid slats for stronger, more deterrent closure, micro-perforated slats to preserve visibility without compromising security, or wavy tube structures for a balance between transparency and protection. All can be supplied in motorized or manual versions, depending on the site configuration.

In the event of a problem, such as a failed motor, misaligned shaft, or bent slats, our fast metal shutter repair service in Ustaritz responds urgently, whatever the brand or installation.

For every type of business, city-center shop, pharmacy, warehouse, or parking entrance, we offer advanced security options: adjustable end-of-travel limiters, remote control systems, and integrated anti-lift locking devices, supplemented if needed by a central lock or side bolts with high-security cylinders. Our solutions are designed to deliver a high level of protection without compromising practicality or appearance.

Strengthen the security of your professional buildings, indoors and outdoors alike, with our custom-designed locking solutions perfectly suited to the architectural layout of your premises.

We install specific technical doors, including fire-rated, flame-resistant, and thermally insulated doors, as well as access-control systems combined with standardized and certified locking devices that meet current regulations. These solutions are intended for sensitive sites such as storage areas, industrial premises, secure reserves, and logistics platforms, while taking into account smooth circulation and regulatory accessibility requirements.

We support each project with a global security approach: access control by badge or keypad, sector-based management of sensitive areas, and installation of master key systems — a cylinder master key plan with grand master and sub-master keys — to manage opening rights according to authorization levels. A systematic technical audit is carried out beforehand to define a sustainable, modular solution fully integrated with your operational constraints.

Installation, automation, and repair of garage doors and roller shutters, whether manual or motorized, compatible with all major brands: Somfy, Bubendorff, Profalux, France Fermetures, Soprofen, Lakal, Eveno, C2R, and Flip. Fast repairs in case of malfunction, blockage, or motor failure.

Our technicians work on all configurations: built-in, surface-mounted, or reveal-mounted shutters, with or without home automation control. We also provide modernization of your installations: motorizing a manual system, replacing worn parts, and bringing equipment up to the latest standards.

For both new builds and renovations, we guide you toward the closure solutions best suited to your home. Each project is defined according to the layout of the openings, your thermal and acoustic comfort requirements, your security needs, and the available budget.
